Terms and Conditions

The following general terms and conditions are agreed between Lookcool, Lda, based in Portugal, Rua Nova das Cancelas nº5, 4425-531 S. Pedro de Fins, VAT number “PT510052975”, henceforth referred to as “Company” and every individual that wishes to use the Company web-site “www.lookcool.pt “ and “www.lookcool.com” henceforth referred to as “user” or “client”.

All parts agree that all purchases in the Company web-site will be exclusively regulated by the following terms and conditions.

1. Object: The following general selling conditions have the purpose of regulating and providing all the necessary information to the user on how to order, pay and receive the goods purchased thru our web-site.

2. Order: The users order is considered final upon the conclusion of all the steps requested in the Web-site, adding the item to your virtual shopping bag and following thru the required steps;

2.1 To be able to make a purchase you will have to be registered in the web-site providing all the necessary information for that purpose;

2.2 Professional accounts will need verification once it grants access to products and prices proper to the condition;

2.3 The user must be logged in providing the user name and password prior established;

2.4 The user must provide truthful and complete information and make his options thru out the steps of the order (delivery address, invoice adress, delivery method, method of payment, VAT number, phone number, name and any other information the user may consider relevant);

2.5 Products images are for illustrative purposes only;

2.6 The final confirmation of the order is an acceptance of the price and description of the products, as this general terms. 

2.7 The user is accountable for all the information in the invoice, and once it is processed it can not be corrected.

3.Payment

3.1 All prices are shown in Euros with all fees and taxes included;

3.2 Our web-site provides the following payment methods via EasyPay:

a) Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard…)

b) ATM reference

c) Bank transfer.

3.3 In case of credit card payment the charge will be made immediately after the user confirmation;

3.4 In case of bank transfer the order will only be final upon the Company reception of a proof of payment identifying the order/s number/s. Proof of payment may be sent to “orders@lookcool.pt”. 

3.5 If the preferred payment method is ATM reference or Bank Transfer if payment is not due in 24 hours after the order confirmation it shall be canceled.

4.Delivery

4.1 The company will fulfill all orders until the limit of our stock as soon as possible and should be expected in an estimated 10 day delivery, and in the lack of stock it will inform the user of the expected delivery date.

4.2 All products yet to be manufactured have required times, and therefore will be delivered in 30 to 45 days. The same applies to products with no stock. In either case the client will receive an e-mail with the expected delivery date and further information at the time of shipping.

4.3 Delivery charges are calculated and added to you cart at the check out of your digital shopping bag.

5.Returns and refunds

5.1 All returns and refunds must reach the company at “orders@lookcool.pt” seven days from the delivery of the order explaining the reasons that motivate the request for the return or refund. The company will reply in the same method clarifying the reasons to decline or accept the users request.

5.2 In case of a return, it shall be made to the company headquarters. The client will be responsible for the delivery and support the costs inherent. All products should be in the original package and/or in the condition they where delivered so that a total refund can be made;

5.3 In the case a product is delivered to the client damaged or with an apparent defect, it should be photographed and the photos and information should be sent to “orders@lookcool.pt”, so that the company may appreciate the situation. If the company concludes that the problem is not customers responsibility it will arrange the product return and exchange.

5.4 The client will not have the right to cancel or return a product made to his specifications or personalized in any way.

6. Privacy policy

The processing of your data is done in compliance with the legislation on the protection of personal data, and is subject to computer processing and saved in Lookcool, Lda database.The purpose of that said information is for registration, better of our web-site, presentation of products or services as well as institucional information. Its provision is optional and the right to access, rectify and cancel any data that directly concerns the client  is guaranteed.
